We provide full training, scripts, and marketing materials.

Get paid what you’re worth.

Earn $100 to $300 per sale, plus bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly goals. Top reps make $1,000–$3,000+ per week.

Part-time or Full-time available.

You set your own schedule. Work weekends, after school, or go all in. Perfect for students or anyone hungry to grow.

We specialize in solar panel cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and bird proofing—and we’re growing FAST. Want in?

No Experience? No Problem!

We offer full hands-on training—you’ll learn professional techniques, how to use our equipment, and how to deliver 5-star service every time.

What You’ll Do:

Clean solar panels to maximize energy output
Wash windows (inside & out) for residential + commercial clients
Perform gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and bird proofing
Operate pro tools safely (we provide training)
Climb ladders & roofs safely (safety is our priority)
Upsell services on-site and earn even more

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, professional attitude
Physically fit & comfortable working at heights
Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to learn
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Punctual and trustworthy

Pay & Perks:

$30 per job + tips (lead techs make more!)
4–8 jobs/day = $150–$500+/day
